INGREDIENTS:
Your favorite fruit (I used blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries)
Sugar cookie dough, refrigerated
8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake the sugar cookies
Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces
Once the cookies have cooled off, spread the frosting mixture on each cookie then arrange the fruit on top
The quicker you eat these, the better the cookie will hold up. You can chill them and eat later, however the cookie will become less durable the longer you wait.
